I enjoyed my stay at Reino Del Plata Hotel Boutique, especially due to its excellent location near major attractions like Plaza Mayo. However, the room was quite small and lacked sufficient power outlets. The service was friendly and helpful, but the overall experience didn’t quite align with my expectations of a boutique hotel.

Rooms
6.0
My room was on the fifth floor and felt tiny, with not enough space for my luggage. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern, though storage was lacking.
Service
8.0
The reception staff were really accommodating, speaking good English and assisting with early check-in and queries about the city.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, right near Calle Florida and a short stroll to Plaza Mayo. though the street itself felt a bit rough.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was adequately presented, offering a mix of breads, fruits, and scrambled eggs. but it didn't quite stand out.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were simple, with room service, but I did find the lift slow and some areas lacking in modern touches.

5.8/10

I had a pleasant stay at Reino Del Plata Hotel Boutique over the Christmas holidays. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from major sights like Casa Rosada and San Telmo. However, the air conditioning worked only when the key was in the wall, which meant returning to a hot room sometimes. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the front door's locking policy made me wonder about safety in the area.

Rooms
7.0
The room was small yet comfortable, and well soundproofed from the busy street noise. I stayed in a superior room at the back, but I could still hear music from nearby demonstrations. The bed was configured as a king, and I appreciated the stocked bar fridge and free Wi-Fi.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent; the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One staff member even took me to my room and gave me a detailed map, marking key sights around the city. They also arranged a Remise to the airport at a good price of 88 pesos.
Location
10.0
The location was unbeatable! Just around the corner from Plaza de Mayo and close to the Florida pedestrian shopping area. It was also within walking distance to San Telmo, known for its tango and bars, and Puerto Madero’s restaurants. Public transportation options were convenient as well.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was included and offered a decent variety, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and pastries. It was basic, but suited my needs perfectly. Fresh coffee would have been a nice addition though.
Facilities
6.0
While room service was available, I didn't use it during my stay. The facilities were adequate, but nothing particularly stood out.

7.4/10

I stayed for two nights at Reino Del Plata Hotel Boutique in Buenos Aires. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk to key attractions, but I encountered a few issues. The staff was generally friendly, although my experience with them was mixed. The rooms were a bit dusty and had brown water, which was concerning. Overall, it was a decent stay, mainly thanks to the good location.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean yet a bit small, and had a faint dusty smell. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the excellent shower, but the brown water was quite off-putting.
Service
6.0
While the staff was generally helpful, there were moments when they seemed distracted and not as attentive. My experience during airport pickup was frustrating, and I felt that the staff didn't fully acknowledge my concerns.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is perfect; it's close to main attractions like Plaza de Mayo and Calle Florida. Getting around the city was easy, and I appreciated being near the subway and shops.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was served in the basement, which felt a bit odd. The selection included cold eggs and a nice assortment of coffees and pastries, though it was fairly average overall.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had basic facilities, including room service, but I didn't utilize them much. The lobby was accessible 24/7, which was convenient.

7.2/10

My stay at Reino Del Plata Hotel Boutique was a mixed experience. The location was absolutely fantastic, allowing me to walk to most attractions in under 20 minutes. however, the breakfast service was lacking and there were issues with the towels. Overall, it's a good value for money if you catch it on sale.

Rooms
7.0
The room was decent, clean, and spacious but slightly on the smaller side. I had some discomfort due to the air conditioning not working properly.
Service
5.0
The staff were mostly helpful, especially the kind night receptionist. but there were instances of rudeness from day staff that made requests frustrating.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location is ideal, nestled close to Plaza de Mayo and surrounded by shops and eateries. which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast had a good variety, but I found the attention to food replenishment quite lacking. I ended up waiting for an omelet and fresh fruits were scarce.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel offered basic facilities, the towels were very old and worn out. which was quite unpleasant.

7.2/10

My experience at Reino Del Plata Hotel Boutique was quite mixed. While the location in the heart of Buenos Aires was ideal and the breakfast was a delight, the issues I faced with service and room standards left a lot to be desired. Given the circumstances, I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a guest.

Rooms
5.0
I had high expectations for my room, especially given the positive reviews I had read. Unfortunately, I faced a disappointing situation when I was redirected to a substitute hotel due to plumbing issues. The substitute room was far below my expectations, with stained carpets and a dingy atmosphere, which was quite disheartening.
Service
5.0
The initial greeting was pleasant, but it quickly turned sour. After the confusion with my room, what followed was a frustrating experience with staff who seemed unhelpful. I was unable to get the assistance I needed from Juan, who was uncooperative and dismissive about resolving my issues.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is one of its best features, situated close to key attractions like Plaza de Mayo and Puerto Madero. I appreciated how easy it was to access public transportation and explore the vibrant Buenos Aires area.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was presented beautifully and included a nice variety, but the overall quality could have been better. I found the selection to be average, with many items sweeter than I would have preferred.
Facilities
5.0
While the layout and style of the public spaces were appealing, I noticed maintenance issues that affected the overall experience. For instance, the jacuzzi was in poor condition and cleanliness in the rooms could be improved. This oversight made it hard to feel fully comfortable during my stay.
